Every December, Australia’s postal services face a huge surge of parcels — both domestic and international. By choosing to post your gifts earlier, you give your parcel the best possible chance of arriving before Christmas, without the stress of last-minute rushes or unexpected delays. (Note: While we post promptly, delivery cannot be guaranteed once cut-off dates pass.)

Domestic Australia – Recommended cut-off dates

We dispatch all Australian orders using Express Post Satchels, posting daily and increasing dispatch frequency as Christmas approaches. Our recommended last-order dates for each region are:

• Queensland (QLD) & New South Wales (NSW): 19 December

• Victoria (VIC) & Australian Capital Territory (ACT): 18 December 

• Tasmania (TAS) & South Australia (SA): 17 December

• Western Australia (WA) & Northern Territory (NT): 16 December

If you are located in a regional or rural area — especially outside main metropolitan centres — we highly recommend placing your order even earlier to allow extra transit time.

International Shipping – Recommended cut-off date

For our customers overseas, all parcels are sent via Standard Post. Because international delivery times vary significantly depending on destination and service level, we recommend placing your order no later than 2 December to maximise the chance of arrival by Christmas.

• We’ll still ship your order if placed after these dates, but please understand it may arrive after Christmas.
